Volume/Publication Year which runs from January to December. For new subscriptions
received part way through the year, all issues of that volume published
to date will be sent out immediately and new ones distributed as appropriate.
Upon commencement of the next publication year (January) renewal invoices
will be sent out to all subscribers.
